Clean the surface of the bonded element, and then evenly apply it to the device to be bonded.
After UV illumination of 4000 MJ / cm2, place it at room temperature for curing.
Heating can improve the curing speed. It is recommended to heat it for curing.
- Before bonding, it is necessary to test the matching of glue with LCM and TP;
- After the bonding is good and cured according to the normal process, it needs to be placed at 25 ℃ for 7 days before environmental testing.
