• Clean the mixing mill, and mix the rubber and vulcanizing agent in proportion through a double-roll mixing mill until the edges ofthe rubber do not split and the mixture is even

• The evenly mixed rubber material is discharged through a thin tube, cut into suitable sizes and then subjected to molding, extrusion and other operations

• Recommended curing conditions: actual mold temperature 120℃/100 seconds (glue thickness 2mm)

• The specific conditions for molding can be determined by experimentation based on the thickness or size of the product

Applications

Medical silicone parts

1.  After the mixed rubber is evenly mixed,  if it has not been used for a long time,  it can be re-refined on a double-roller machine for reuse, but experimental verification must be carried out

2.  The rubber material should be stored separately from the vulcanizing agent such as 2-5-dihydrogen sulfide

3.  Safe use temperature is below 35℃ (including rubber mixing temperature)
