Silicone Synthetic Leather Matte Finish HSMT-12300-1

1. HSMT-12300-1 top coat should be mixed in a ratio of CAT-SPL-40 : HSMT-12300-1 = 1:100. Mixing equipment must be clean and free of contamination, preferably equipped with a cooling system. When gloss adjustment is required, an appropriate proportion of gloss finish can be added. 

2. HSMT-12300-1 top coat can be applied by spraying or roll coating. 

3. The curing conditions for the HSMT-12300-1 top coat are 120-150°C for 3-5 minutes, with a wet film thickness of approximately 15-20 microns. 

4. CAT-SPL-40 is a curing agent and can be optionally used.

Storage & Shelf life: 

1. Store sealed in a cool, dry place. Recommended storage temperature is 5-30℃. 

2. Unused adhesive should be sealed promptly. 

3. Shelf life is 6 months.

1. HSMT-12300-1 top coat generally does not require the addition of color paste. If color paste must be used, it must be tested beforehand to avoid catalyst poisoning.

2. Adding gloss finish may potentially reduce the hand feel 

3. For low viscosity requirements, aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents can be used for dilution. 

4. During use, avoid contact with catalyst poisons such as nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, acrylates, polyurethane, and peroxides. 

5. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse with water for 15 minutes. If adhered to skin, wipe clean immediately with a dry cloth and wash with soap and water.
