1. BQ-1082-50-4AB adhesive coating should be mixed in a ratio of A:B = 2:100. Mixing equipment must be clean and free of contamination, preferably equipped with a cooling system.
2. Apply the BQ-1082-50-4AB adhesive coating onto the top coat or release paper, then bond the substrate to the adhesive layer. Finally, cure at 100-200°C for 1-10 minutes. Typical curing conditions are 120℃/5 minutes for a coating thickness of approximately 100 microns. Adjust curing temperature and time according to the actual thickness. For thicker coatings, multiple layers are required to avoid bubble formation.
3. BQ-1082-50-4AB has good compatibility with color pastes. If color paste is required, it must be tested before addition.
