TCC-20XX Series Thermal Grease is a high-performance single-component thermal conductive silicone grease. It features high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance, high dielectric strength and outstanding long-term high-temperature resistance. Suitable for inverters, IGBTs and other applications, its various models cover low-to-high power scenarios and deliver excellent cost performance.

The TCC-2XXX series thermal greases are available in three grades with thermal conductivities of 3.5 W/m K, 4.6W/m· K and 6.0 W/m · K. Their viscosity and rheological properties deliver excellent process performance for screen printing, steel plate printing and automatic dispensing processes.
Available in 500g/lkg cans or 300ml cartridges, with a shelf life of one year from the date of manufacture.
