Applications

Primarily applied in fields related to secondary vulcanization-free processes.

Use direction

1. Mix ratio: component A: component B = 100 : 100 (by weight).
2. Mix Components A and B at a 1:1 ratio using an automatic mixer, then inject the mixed material into the mold using an injection machine; ensure the mold is completely filled. (Alternatively, the components may be mixed manually and then poured into the mold for compression molding.)
3. Recommended Curing Conditions: 130℃ for 150 s (for a thickness of 2 mm).
4. Specific molding parameters should be determined experimentally based on the thickness and dimensions of the final product.

1. Stored in cool, dry and ventilated place
2. Environmental temperature between 0- 37℃.

Handling precautions 

1. To avoid processing issue caused by partial agglomeration from mixing of A and B. Please do not mix tools for agent A and agent B, or use clean tools. 

2. At 25℃., the safe storage period for the A/B mixture after thorough mixing is 2 days; the higher the temperature, the shorter the storage duration. 

3. In order to not cause vulcanizing issue, please avoid contacting with N, S, P, Sn containing compounds while handling. 

4. The best ratio of A:B is 1:1. Wrong ratio will cause property issues to the final products.
