【Mixing】:First, weigh Component A and Component B at a mass ratio of 1:1, then mix and disperse them thoroughly.
【Degassing as Needed】:If a large number of bubbles are introduced during mixing and stirring, to ensure the product is bubble-free after curing, the material should be degassed after uniform mixing.
【Coating】:Apply the mixed silicone to the carrier substrate using a scraper, slot die or similar tools.
【Curing】:After coating on the substrate, the recommended curing condition is 120℃ for 5-10 minutes.
【Cleaning】:For uncured silicone or raw materials, volatile solvents such as ethanol and ethyl acetate can be used for removal. For cured residual silicone, first remove most of the gel by external force, then soak it in solvent until swollen, and wipe with fabric or paper.

Precautions
1.The product must be ensured not to have direct contact with catalyst poisons such as phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N), organotin (Sn), water, polyurethane, acrylate compounds during use and storage, so as to avoid curing inhibition and deterioration.
2.Before mixing the adhesive, optionally perform secondary filtration and dust removal on Component A and Component B to prevent dust introduced during transportation.
3.When mixing adhesive manually, pay attention to the cleanliness of the mixing tools, and especially avoid contaminating Component A or Component B in the adhesive drums through the mixing tools.
4.Use the mixed adhesive as soon as possible within the specified time; generally, manually mixed adhesive should be used up within 30 minutes.
5.Before gluing, keep the substrate and fixtures dry, clean and free of defects to avoid affecting the performance of the adhesive film.
6.The product is sensitive to heat, so high temperature should be avoided as much as possible during storage and operation; after use, the remaining adhesive of Component A and Component B cannot be poured back into the original packaging to avoid contaminating the unused adhesive.
After mixing the two components of the product, it will slowly cure into a gel at room temperature. Before use, the usage amount should be determined and the product should be weighed to avoid waste.
