BTS-4007A/B Silicone Adhesive

1. The silicone adhesive of this product should be mixed according to A:B=100:5. The mixing equipment needs to be clean and pollution-free, and it is best to have a cooling system.

2. The adhesive coating of this product is applied on the fabric and cured at 100℃ for 1-10 minutes. The general curing condition is 100℃/1  minute. The  coating  thickness is about  100  microns.  The curing temperature and time are adjusted according to the actual thickness.  If a thicker coating is required, multiple layers are required, otherwise bubbles are easily generated.

3. This product has good compatibility with color paste. If color paste is needed, it must be tested before adding.
