Storage conditions:Store sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
Shelf life: 12 months.
Usage Instructions: Cured using peroxide (bis(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl) peroxide), recommended addition ratio 1.3%;
Mill the solid silicone rubber SH-5116 on a two-roll mill until the bank is uniform, then add the curing agent and mix thoroughly;
Ensure cooling water is turned on during milling to keep the material and mill temperature below 50℃,otherwise, scorching may occur over time;
Use the compound containing the curing agent as soon as possible, as prolonged storage may cause scorching.
1. The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight, rain, and proximity to heat sources (such as heaters, stoves, etc.), and kept away from flammable and explosive items and corrosive chemicals. After opening, use it as soon as possible to avoid performance degradation due to prolonged storage.
2. Before processing and molding, ensure that the processing equipment is clean and free from contaminants such as oil and impurities to prevent affecting product quality.
