1. Mix ratio: SH-3008:SH-3008B:SH-3008A= 100:2:1

2. Mix SH-3008 until smooth edge, add SH-3008B and fully mix, then add SH-3008A, mix evenly.

3. Note that the cooling water should be turned on during the refining process to ensure that the temperature of the silicone and the refining machine does not exceed 45 ° C, otherwise the silicone may be cured or the operation time may be too short.

4. You’d better use up the silicone which is mixed with curing agent in 2 hours. Long time keeping will cause cured silicone; But the self life can be longer if you put it in refrigerator

1. Operating tools and machines should be separated from silicone rubber and high-temperature silicone rubber which is using peroxide curing agent. They should not be mixed, otherwise curing issue will occur.

2. Note that SH-3008 must be mixed evenly before adding the catalyst, otherwise there will be particles.
