Karstedt Catalyst is a high activity, high catalytic platinum catalyst. It is widely used in addition curing cross-linking reaction between Si-Vi and Si-H. The reaction can be catalyzed effectively and no side reaction. Betely’s platinum catalyst has high stability platinum formulation with low colour and turbidity. And it has high toxic resistance which reduce the influence of the poisons like amines, phosphines and sulfur compounds

Room temperature test
A. Dilute the platinum catalyst by methyl silicone oil 100cst to 150ppm
B. Formulate the silicone by mix ratio of 500cs Vinyl terminal silicone oil: 0.18% Hydrogen silicone oil: 150ppm platinum catalyst=50:6.5:0.4. Mix 1 minute
C. Mix after 5 to 6 minutes and check the drawing
D.Comparison the data as above-mentioned at temperature of 25±1 ℃

B. Formulate silicone by mix ratio 100:10:1 for testing
C. Tested the silicone by M-3000A Rheometer at temperature of 90℃
